With over 15 years of experience in the field of physical therapy, Dr. Krystal Edwards Ruelas
has established herself as a trusted expert in Orthopedic and Pelvic Health Physical Therapy in
the Pacific Northwest community. Holding a DPT in Physical Therapy from A.T. Still
University, she has successfully treated active duty, retirees, post-surgical and postpartum
patients helping them return to their highest level of performance. Dr. Krystal’s approach is
rooted in listening to the patient’s concerns and goals, ensuring each patient receives attentive
care. On a personal note, Krystal played basketball in college where she recovered from not one
but two ACL surgeries and later a Cesarian Section helping her understand firsthand the
challenges and rewards of pushing one’s physical limits to return to prior functional levels. She
currently likes taking dance and tennis lessons. Krystal is enthusiastic about helping her patients
achieve their goals, whether it is returning to higher level running or jumping activity without

Dr. Meagan Trisko is an orthopedic physical therapist with a passion for helping individuals of all activity levels achieve their goals. A former high school track and cross-country athlete, Dr. Meagan is especially committed to empowering high school, college, and recreational female athletes. She provides guidance on returning from injury and establishing strength and conditioning routines to stay injury-free—something she wished she had better access to during her own athletic journey.
Dr. Meagan specializes in supporting weekend warriors, including hikers, runners, skiers, recreational league athletes, Pelotoners, and pilates enthusiasts. She also enjoys working with post-operative patients recovering from ACL reconstructions, meniscus repairs/meniscectomies, rotator cuff repairs, and a variety of other surgical procedures. Whether it’s returning to HIIT workouts, weight training, or starting a fitness journey, Dr. Meagan is passionate about helping patients regain strength, confidence, and an active lifestyle.
Dr. Meagan Trisko attended the University of California, Davis for her undergraduate education and received a Bachelor’s of Science in Biology with an emphasis in Neurology, Physiology, and Behavior. She went on to receive her Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Miami in 2021 with honors and is one of the very first inductees to the National Physical Therapy Honor Society. Dr. Abigail Walter earned her Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Pacific University in Hillsboro, Oregon in 2018. Prior to Physical Therapy school, she graduated from Washington State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Athletic Training. She has completed advanced training for treating women with pelvic health disorders related to pregnancy or postpartum, urinary incontinence, pelvic floor pain, pain with intercourse, constipation or fecal incontinence, and pelvic organ prolapse. She is passionate about helping women return to the physical activities that they love, during pregnancy and postpartum, without pelvic floor symptoms.
She is also a Certified Orthopedic Specialist through the American Physical Therapy Association. She employs the science of rehabilitative medicine in conjunction with a holistic approach, utilizing manual therapy and evidence-based exercise techniques. She particularly enjoys helping her patients return to sports and everyday performance after injury. Dr. Abigail Walter has treated patients of all ages in a variety of clinical areas including post-operative, orthopedics, pelvic floor, recreational and collegiate athletes, post-concussion, and balance/vestibular disorders.
